Getac vs Toughbook, anyone have any thoughts or opinions? On the dock, I still have a USB-C to Display port available as well as another HDMI port that isn't.

If your database requirement is larger than that, you can install Act! 17 under SQL Standard edition with a database limit of 524 PB (Petabytes). Since 2007, Act has been based on the Microsoft SQL database engine which does not require the old "Compress and re-index" routine, and the SQL Express that is the default install in Act v17 supports databases up to 10GB in size. Act 17 supports all versions of Microsoft Office including Word and Outlook from v2007 through v2013. The Premium version of Act! also includes web (cloud) access from a PC, iPhone, iPad or android device, and can be installed on your own server or a hosting service. Act v17 (aka Act 2015) is the latest release of Act!, and both the Pro and Premium versions will give you desktop operation and full integration with the latest version of MS Office. As you know Act5/6 is a 14-year-old product, and was obviously very well designed that it still works (after a fashion) with the current iteration of Microsoft Office.
